Kindness Matters Workshop

Bright Spot Ministries sponsored a Kindness Matters workshop at the Johnston County Schools Classified Professional Development Day.  The topics covered were:  1 - The importance of being kind to yourself.  2 - Extending kindness in relationships, and 3 - How to start a kindness campaign in your workplace.  Every participant received a goodie bag and also packaged two Random Acts of Kindness surprises to pass along to brighten someone's day.
