Idea #1 - Print out some Bright Spot cards (image available on homepage) and attach them to a small item to give out randomly... just because! Suggestions: a candy bar, an ink pen, a $5 McD's card, a note pad, etc. It doesn't have to cost a lot. You will be surprised by how people respond.
